General Information

Standard Production Time

  • Standard Turnaround: We request 12-14 working days post approvals for standard orders, with a minimum of 3 days processing time after receiving the product.
  • Approvals Needed: Order Approval and Design Approval are required.
  • Garment Receipt: Garments must be received at least 3 working days before production starts.

Rush Charges

A 25% rush charge is applied if the order requires faster completion than our standard turnaround. This charge is applicable when orders are needed within a timeframe shorter than 7 working days but not less than 4 days, considering all necessary approvals and garment receipt are in place.

Mixed Items Fee

Mixed Batch Fee: A $10.00 fee applies to each line item beyond the first 5 on an order. ‘Line items’ refer to individual entries on the order form, each potentially varying by style number, color, or size. This fee compensates for the additional handling required for orders with a high degree of variety

Thread Color Options

  • Quality Threads: We exclusively use Robison Anton Rayon thread for its durability and vibrant color selection.
  • Color Matching: Our extensive thread inventory allows us to closely match Pantone colors to ensure brand consistency.

Poly Bagging

  • SS tees: $0.45 each
  • LS tees / SS polos: $0.60 each
  • Dress Shirts: $0.70 each
  • Hooded Fleece: $0.90 each
  • Jackets: $1.20 each

Emblem Sewing

Our skilled team of seamstresses can sew your emblems on the front of baseball caps or to the sleeves of jackets. This pricing is for a typical 4″x4″ emblem. Our minimum order is $100. Bigger sized emblems please contact Ruthie for pricing

Payment Policy

  • Accepted Methods: We accept net terms with an approved credit application, checks, and cash as standard payment methods.
  • Credit Card Payments: Visa or Mastercard

Below Minimum Order

  • Order Minimums: Our pricing is based on meeting minimum quantity thresholds.
  • Below Minimum Fee: Orders not meeting the minimum are subject to a $50.00 charge, plus a 25% upcharge on the embroidery cost.

For optimal results, vector files such as .ai or .cdr are preferred due to their scalability and precision.

Drop Shipments

  • Fee per Box: A handling fee of $5.00 is applied to each box prepared for drop shipment.
  • Services Covered: This fee includes the labor involved in sorting items into individual orders
  • Exclusions: The charge does not cover shipping fees, box costs, or packaging materials.

For efficient processing of your embroidery orders, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Purchase Order Requirement: Attach a completed PO in PDF format to your email. Orders without an attached PO cannot be processed
  • Checklist Compliance: Ensure your PO includes all necessary details as per our order checklist to guarantee accuracy and timely completion of your job
  • No Free-Form Emails: We do not accept orders with details typed directly into the body of an email. This helps prevent confusion and errors.
